I started Megan Wallace Wellness out of frustration with how little support most people get from the traditional healthcare system. Doctors do important work, of course, but they're not trained to guide you on nutrition or the daily habits that really shape your health. I've seen too many people left in the dark, relying on advice that doesn't actually help them thrive. I knew I wanted to step in and give people real, practical tools to feel better and live stronger as they age.
As a coach, my goal is simple: to make you feel safe, supported, and fully capable of making decisions that fit your life. You'll never get guilt trips or rigid rules from me. Instead, you'll get straight talk, guidance, and strategies that you can actually stick with. I want you to feel confident that you know what works for your body, and that you have a coach who has your back every step of the way.
